We are thrilled that CLF's silent auction fundraiser will be held again this year in conjunction with the Fall Vintage and Handmade Fair hosted by DLG Enterprises. As always our auction items will be viewable on our auction web site www.app.Galabid.com/clfauction20, as well as on display at the fair. Auction registration FREE. We will be giving away goodie bags to the first 200 people who visit our booth.
It is not necessary to attend the fair to participate in the auction because bidding is done on line by smart phone/tablet/computer. We encourage everyone to come to the fair, view our available auction items, get a free goodie bag, visit all the artists' booths at the show, and have a great time!
The system will let you know if you have been outbid and will allow you to counter-bid. The auction closes out Saturday, October 17th at 5pm. The system automatically notifies you if you are a winning bidder. We deliver all items to winners and collect payment on Sunday by cash, check, or credit card.

What type of items work best?
- Goodie Bags: Items that are small, functional and/or entertaining, and contain your company name/address/website/logo work best
- Auction items: Our suggestion to businesses is to donate an item that will bring the auction winner back to your business and provide you the opportunity to make them a customer. For individuals considering donating an auction item we recommend donating something you would like for yourself. If the item is something you would consider bidding on then it is likely someone else would consider bidding on it too. Many people assume that pet items are the best items to donate to a pet charity. However, moms from all over Washington and the Pacific Northwest, as well as local residents, will be attending the WSU Moms' Weekend Spring Arts and Crafts Fair so don't limit your options. Additionally, most auction packages you see are a conglomeration of items donated by multiple people/businesses. Consider combining your donation with a donation from a friend or two and together donating a complete package. For example: Combine a mug, a bag of coffee/tea, and a box of chocolates and an auction package is born. Re-gifting an item you received that just was not to your taste is ok as long as the item is unused and unopened.
